It was here that she first encountered the British Paralympic Association, a pro-bono client of the agency. This led to a shift in direction to sports marketing, a field she returned to after a career break to start a family.
She was Director of Communications and Marketing for the British Paralympic Association (BPA) from 2007 – 2015. In this time, she led the successful commercial and communications strategy for the British Paralympic team at the London 2012 Games and continued with the BPA through to 2015.
Jane currently works in a freelance capacity, advising sports organisations on their marketing and commercial strategies. She has been a member of the IOC Communications Commission since 2015.
She is a trustee of the British Para-Orchestra, the world’s only large-scale ensemble for professional disabled musicians and also sits on the Franchise Board for one of the Super league netball teams.
