He has worked in sport for more than 23 years, having gathered experience across sporting governing bodies including British Triathlon, England Golf and England Netball.
Will has also held board roles at England Lacrosse and Rounders England.
He describes himself as a “retired average rugby player”, and he still gets on the pitch but plays Touch Rugby these days. He’s also a keen runner and has crossed the finish line in a few marathons and the occasional triathlon.
